For the past year or so volunteers from Abernethy In Bloom have been renovating a memorial garden in our village.
The garden was created 50 years ago to remember the local District Nurse Elizabeth Peattie who had served the community for over 30 years.
As part of the revamp I created a new ceramic sign which illustrates the gardening year with Spring to Winter flowers – all of which can be found in the garden.
We got a nice write up in the local press “The Courier”
